Ascent Aesthetics is a nurse led clinic specialising in Fitzpatrick III to VI skin. The practice is delivered under the care of a registered independent nurse prescriber, with every treatment plan written, supervised, and reviewed by the same clinician you meet at consultation. There is no rota of injectors here. There is one nurse and one set of notes.
Protocols are selected with melanin rich skin as the default, not the exception. That changes what we do, how we calibrate it, and which products never enter the building. We use mandelic and lactic acids more often than glycolic. We patch test in two places. We start lower and progress slowly. We will never sell you something you do not need, and we will tell you when a treatment is wrong for your skin.
Our approach is restoration first. We reach for facials, peels, microneedling, mesotherapy, and a considered home routine before anything injected. Where neuromodulators are clinically indicated, our prescriber will say so. Where they are not, she will tell you that too. Botulinum toxin is held to the same standard as any other prescription. Used when it is the right answer, declined when it is not.
The clinic sits inside the wider Ascent Care group, a healthcare practice with ten years of clinical experience. Appointments are taken by referral and by application. Success here is measured the way you measure it. Six months from now, in your own mirror.

Treatment begins only when the skin is prepared. That usually means four to eight weeks of home routine first. Pigment that has been sitting for years can wait another month.
